How to solve the cooling tower noise

Cooling tower is now more and more widely used, but not what environment is suitable for the installation of fiberglass cooling tower. In order to reduce the noise pollution of the surrounding environment, improve work efficiency, maintain the physical health of producers, noise control treatment is very necessary. Among the many sources of noise, the noise of industrial cooling tower has always been the difficulty of noise management.
Noise generated by the cooling tower during normal operation includes splash noise, fan noise, motor noise, circulating water pump noise, water pipeline vibration radiation noise and so on. Among them, cooling tower splash noise, fan noise, motor noise is the main noise source.
Splash noise is generated by two different noise mechanisms: one is the water droplet impact on the water surface issued by the sharp pulse noise; the other is the water droplet generated by the bubble volume pulsation of the noise radiation. Due to the cooling tower tower body sound insulation ability is strong, by the tower body to the outside of the radiation of the splash noise is negligible, only need to consider the air inlet to the outside of the radiation of the splash noise. Due to the cooling tower water drop height is larger, the splashing speed and kinetic energy of water droplets are higher, thus resulting in higher splashing noise. Measured at 1m from the air intake, the noise was 83.2dB(A). It is worth noting that the cooling tower air inlet area is large, 1#, 2# cooling tower air inlet area per side is 70.2m2, 3# cooling tower air inlet area per side is 93.6m2, splashing noise is a surface source of sound radiation outward, the noise is attenuated with the increase of the propagation distance, and the splashing noise has become the main source of noise at the plant boundary.
Treatment method
(1)It should be stopped to be installed in the waterproof channel, high wall which is easy to reflect the volume, and should be installed on the roof or the place where the atmosphere is smooth.
(2) When two or more FRP cooling towers are used together, the tower spacing should be carefully.
(3) should not be placed in the four sides of the outer wall or airtight place, and should be careful tower body and outer wall spacing.
(4) glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower should stop the placement of soot and dusty places, to prevent the above clogging film.
(5) FRP cooling tower should be separated from the kitchen and steam boiler room than the hotter places.
