1, cooling tower motor power selection and fan mismatch, commonly known as the small horse-drawn cart, please replace the large power motor;
2, cooling tower fan blade angle is too large, please immediately adjust the blade angle; 8-12 centimeters of the angle of the best.
3, fan bearing damage or fan blade imbalance, please replace the fan bearing or calibrate the fan blade.
4, cooling tower motor phase, motor in single-phase operation, the current will instantly become larger, a long time the motor is easy to burn;;
5, motor voltage instability, fiberglass cooling tower motor voltage is 380V.
6, reducer oil shortage, please add gear oil immediately, gear oil is recommended to choose more than 30#.
7, motor overload operation for a long time, or start too frequently.
